Refund policy

 Returns & cancellations:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all goods, except for cut fabric, provided they're in the same condition as when we shipped them to you. If the goods are faulty, or not what was ordered, we will reimburse your postage. If the reason for return is otherwise, you'll be responsible for the cost of postage.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering or receiving your goods. You must give me notice of your intent to cancel by contacting us. Please provide your name, telephone number and order number.

If the goods have already been dispatched prior to us receiving your instruction to cancel, you have a legal obligation to retain possession and take reasonable care of them. If the goods aren't faulty you'll be responsible for the return postage costs. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued.
